As a designer
I’ve worked in a multitude of domain spaces, including aviation, mobility, and voice design. I’ve worked as a lead on a product design team (Alexa at Amazon, GE Aviation, GE Digital) and as an innovation strategist (Qantas, Greenfield Labs). With a background in interaction design from Carnegie Mellon University, and studio art and psychology from Rice University, I bring a human- and humanity-centered approach to my process, translating user research insights to sustainable interfaces, services, and systems.

An observer at heart, I have found myself gravitating toward the intersection between change implementation and service design delivery in fast-paced working environments working on social innovation projects. Of course, there’s always space for dessert delight (I am a bit of an ice cream snob).
As a full-time human
I'm a systems thinker, geeking out on a lot of things from how to make the perfect cup of chai, to optimizing my credit card for maximum points. I am equally a nester as a traveler, having found that a sense of community fulfils me as much as adventuring down the less-traveled path (#exploreyourbackyard). You’ll often find me reflecting, relaxing, and processing through my art which I showcase on @FINELINESBYV.
