July 15, 2011: Today was a crazy cleaning day. Yesterday, I had started some random cleaning that no one had gotten to during the volunteer day, so I pretty much finished that up (in addition to the executive director’s desk which you see above). After work, I headed over to Emma’s house for a baking party. We ended up making chocolate chip cupcakes with strawberry filling and chocolate fudge cake balls. I had never made cake balls before, so it was definitely a new experience.
